The boiler room usually holds a large position in the stock and plans to dump it on brokerage clients at a high price. It is necessary to be wary of such firms and deal only through registered stock brokers. All Stock traders are not Stock Brokers and many people across the world can call themselves stock traders or part-time stock traders, despite having another profession in parallel with their regular trading activities in the financial markets
